Papaya Leaf is limited edition of 250 images.
When I saw the papaya tree at Garfield Park Conservatory, it reminded me of my childhood when I would grab a papaya, peel it, cut it into pieces then eat it. Sometimes we would blend it with vanilla ice cream, milk and cinnamon. While this is one of the images from July 2013, since I started concentrating on this series back in November 2012. It is a reflection of what I wanted to accomplish with the series as it reminds me of Puerto Rico and my childhood.
Please remember that not all images fit this format. All prints are printed on traditional photographic paper (wet lab) except for the 20X30 print size. If you prefer a modern look with metal prints and frameless, ask me for a quote at 773-315-6842 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
