As metal print demand has grown, I only offer 6.5X10” traditional prints directly from the website with an 11X14” white mat. If your items arrived damaged, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us for further instructions via text 773 315 6842. If possible, please include a photo showing the problem on the product as well as the shipping packaging. We will do whatever we can to get a replacement out the door as soon as possible.
