Explaining my work

My work belongs to the broader Contemporary Art period, where artists freely cross boundaries between media and traditions. It draws inspiration from Abstract Expressionism, in the sense of layering, gesture, and emotional resonance; from Minimalism, through a focus on clarity, reflection, and essential form; and from Contemporary Fine Art Photography, especially in my use of metal printing and light as both subject and material. By combining painting, photography, and reflective surfaces, my work aligns with the postmodern embrace of hybridity, while maintaining a personal vocabulary rooted in nature, water, and architecture.

Collector-Friendly Version
My work is part of contemporary art. It blends the energy of abstract expressionism with the clarity of minimalism, while also drawing on modern fine art photography. By combining painting and photography on reflective metal, I create pieces that feel both timeless and very much of today.
