Refund policy

Before you order

As metal print demand has grown, I only offer 7”X10” traditional prints directly from the website with a 11X14 white mat. If you prefer larger traditional print not offered on the website please contact me for pricing via text at 773-315-6842. All prints take at least 2 weeks turnaround time.

Orders have ten days upon arrival to notify Oscar of any problems with the order. Please provide pictures to Oscar by text (773-315-6842). For the metal prints the lab will send you a new metal print. Oscar will inform you what to do with the damaged print, most likely dispose of it. The traditional print will reprint by Oscar or the lab at that point I will let you know what to do. Please be aware all sales are final.
