Waterlilies Collection

Waterlilies is the third part of the Delicates Series, featuring water lilies and lotuses photographed by Oscar Matos Linares in conservatory gardens across the United States. Much of this work was created at the Garfield Park Conservatory, where many of the images in this collection were captured.

Created using both film and digital cameras, these photographs focus on natural light and quiet composition. Each image is carefully developed and presented as fine art prints on metal and archival photo paper.

All images are released as a limited edition of 250.

Delicates Collection

The Delicates Collection is the first part of a series exploring quiet, detailed studies of natural forms. This body of work features leaves photographed by Oscar Matos Linares in conservatory gardens across the United States. Floral Studies (Delicates Suite #2)

Floral Studies, part of the Delicates Series, explores the introduction of color within this body of work. Created by Oscar Matos Linares, this collection focuses on floral subjects photographed in conservatory gardens across the United States.

The first year of this series resulted in a set of all-white flowers, emphasizing subtle tones and form. In the following year, the direction evolved—intentionally introducing color while maintaining the same quiet aesthetic, with an added focus on creating a stronger sense of depth and dimensionality.
