Starting Light is a limited edition of 250 images. At the beginning of 2013, I was having problems with both of my knees. I could barely walk and was having a hard time standing. "Starting Light" was taken late in September 2013. After I walked a good portion of the Chicago Botanic Gardens, I ventured to the waterfall section and walked to the top of a small hill where, to my surprise, I found the water lily pond pictured here. It seemed as if this section did not get any direct sunlight, but some rays barely coming through the foliage of the surrounding trees created a peaceful feeling, reminding me that hope is never lost.
Before you order
As metal print demand has grown, I only offer 7”X10” traditional prints directly from the website with a 11X14 white mat. If you prefer larger traditional print not offered on the website please contact me for pricing via text at 773-315-6842. All prints take at least 2 weeks turnaround time.
